• Shipping Policy
Items are typically shipped to you no later than 72 hours of your order, although many packages ship within 48 hours. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Shipping insurance is automatically added to all packages. ALL RETURNS must be arranged by you the customer. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information.

• Return Policy
We hope you love your gemstones! However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within a 14-day return period for a full refund to your original form of payment. You will, however, need to arrange for your own FULLY-INSURED RETURN SHIPPING in a timely manner. We may refuse to accept a return that is received after the 14-day return period. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original, unused condition. Returns will not be processed for any items that have been altered in any way after shipment. Once all returned items are received and quality inspected to ensure the items have not been tampered with or replaced, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment.
